The sauna session duration is two hours. To get the most out of your treatment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to sign in and change.
PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME
To ensure smooth operations and efficient client transitions between time slots, we kindly ask clients to arrive 15 minutes before their sauna session starts. We use these 15 minutes to complete quick medical forms, put on bathing suits, and give a brief tour of the spa. These initial 15 minutes for the arriving group also overlap with the last 15 minutes of the sauna session currently in progress. Once the clients starting their sauna session have changed and are upstairs in the spa, we send the previous session's clients downstairs to change in the changing rooms. Our spa’s capacity for an open session is 6-7 people, which means about 2-3 small separate groups. Our change rooms are small, and depending on the situation, two small groups might share the same change room. So, we kindly ask our clients to be mindful of their time in the change room to ensure a smooth transition between sauna session time slots by avoiding overlap between groups from different sessions. This also helps ensure the best possible privacy for each group. In private sauna sessions, clients can take turns showering without feeling rushed by other groups. This system has worked for us most of the time, but we appreciate clients arriving 15 minutes early to avoid complications.

PRICING
Unless your appointment is booked as a private sauna session you will be sharing the spa area with other clients, however, there is never a need to share the same sauna room with a stranger.

* The $59 “Midweek Special” rate only applies to the evening 6 pm- 8 pm sessions Tuesday - Thursday.
“Midweek Special” Typically 7-9 clients are booked during these 2-hour sauna sessions, which means 3-4 small groups.
* PLEASE NOTE: Prices on our website and within our spa brochure do not include taxes. All prices are subject to GST. Prices may change without notice. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined and may be subject to blackout periods. Gift Vouchers may be purchased for a dollar amount. Gift Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and we are unable to offer cash refunds on the Gift Voucher balances.
Spa Policies
Reservations and Cancellations
We recommend booking your spa experience in advance to guarantee your preferred treatment time.
We hope you don't need to cancel, but if you do, we require 24 hours' notice (48 hours for private sessions) before your appointment. If you cancel before the cancellation policy deadline, you won't be charged. We will charge $40 per person for regular sauna cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows. Private sauna cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the full reservation price.
